Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für eine WG taugliche 2 Raum Wohnung in der KTV.
Die Wohung ist 47,74m² groß - Vermieter ist die WIRO (sehr gute Betreuerin - super Erfahrungen gemacht)
Sie teilt sich in zwei Räume (rund 16m³ (Nordseite) und 13m³ Südseite) einer mittelgroßen Küche einem kleinen Bad und einen kleinen Flur auf.
Da wir in Eile sind ist die Wohnung ab Samstag 02.03.2014 zu haben.
Kleine Haustiere sind vom Vermieter geduldet.
Eine Küche voll ausgestattet (außer Waschmaschine) kann gegen einen Abschlag übernommen werden.
2 große Unterschränke und 5 Hängeschränke, HerdOfen, Spülmachine, großer Kühlschrank mit Eisabteil.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil (ca 15m³) und ein Trockenraum kann gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden.
