2 Zimmer, je ca. 13 qm, eins nach vorne, eins nach hinten (sehr ruhig). Kleine Küche mit Einbaukühe gehört zur Wohnung. Balkon via Küche nach hinten mit Blick auf Wiese im Hinterhof. Geräumiger Keller vorhanden. Nette Leute im Haus.
Die Verwaltung verlangt eine Mietvertragsbearbeitungsgebühr von 190 € zzgl. Steuern, keine Maklerprovision.
Die Verwaltung möchte leider keine WGs einziehen lassen.
Bitte zur Besichtigung einen Mieterbewerbungsbogen mitbringen.
