wir ziehen auf's Land und suchen nun relativ kurzfristig Nachmieter die Lust auf eine WG-Neugründung haben..
Frei wird eine wundervolle 3-Raum Altbauwohnung, mit großer Wohnküche, Bad mit Eckbadewanne + Dusche und Balkon zum Hof. Die Wohnung ist perfekt WG geeigent, im Haus befinden sich insgesamt 6 Parteien, allesamt Wohngemeinschaften..
Die Wohnung hat insges. 3 Zimmer. Das Kleinste hat ca. 18m², das Mittlere ca. 21m² + Balkon und das Größte ist ca 23m² groß. Alle Zimmer sind von einem großen Flur begehbar.
Einzug ab dem 01.10.2018 oder wie wir uns einigen auch gern ein paar Tage früher oder später..
Die Wohnung ist zentral in Bahnhofsnähe (ca. 200m) gelegen, in wenigen Gehminuten ist auch das Stadtzentrum erreichbar.
