Hallo, biete hier meine schöne große Wohnung zum Tausch an. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und durch die vielen Fenster ist sie sehr hell. Das innenliegende Bad besitzt eine Waschmaschine. Der Balkon zum Innenhof liegt direkt an der Küche. Zu der Wohnung gehört einen Keller. Anwohnerparken kostet pro Jahr 30 Euro. Die Einbauküche müsste allerdings übernommen werden.
Zur City und zum Stadthafen sind es ca. 5 min zu Fuß. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind auch unmittelbar in der Nähe, entweder Neuer Markt oder Steintor. Es ist sehr ruhig hier und es wohnen weitere 8 Mietparteien in diesem Haus.
Da mir die Wohnung einfach zu groß ist, suche ich eine kleinere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung oder auch 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (ab 45 qm - 55 qm), die Warmmiete sollte nicht höher als 490 Euro betragen. Gerne mit Balkon oder Garten (ist aber kein muss). Würde gerne in der östlichen Altstadt (Stadtmitte) bleiben, ginge aber auch Bahnhofsviertel, Komponistenviertel btte nicht unbedingt hansaviertel oder ktv (außer es ist eine super tolle Wohnung, bei der ich einfach nicht nein sagen kann ;-))
