Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön anzusehen. Eine Küche ist mitintegriert. Die Wohnung liegt etwas abgelegen und nicht im Kern Rüsselsheim. Gartenmitbenutzung gibt es inklusive und die Nachbarn sind auch sehr hilfsbereit. Die Busverbindung ist ziemlich gut. Ca. 4 mal pro Stunde fährt der Bus zum Bahnhof; von dem aus man in Richtung Frankfurt oder Mainz fahren kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele, sowohl auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Sehr empfehlenswert, da diese Wohnung für eine Souterrainwohnung schön hell ist.
