Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad und ein Flur.
Man fühlt sich nicht beengt, Platz ist genug vorhanden!
Im Flur befindet sich ein Schrank der zur Ablage von Hausrats-Gegenständen (Staubsauger ect.) verwenden lässt.
Nette, nicht aufdringliche Nachbarschaft - hatte auch mal eine Party gefeiert (laut bis spät) und es gab keine Probleme! :-)
Top Lage:
Läden des tägl. Bedarfs (Aldi, Edeka, Netto....) sind in der Nähe und können sogar Zufuß gut erreicht werden.
Zur Stadt sind es knapp 15~20 Minuten Gehminuten, zur Autobahn sind es 5 Minuten.
Die Lage ist dennoch ruhig und praktisch, da sie nicht auf einer Hauptstraße liegt! 1a Wohnung
Egal ob Student oder Angestellter, Single oder Paar.
Einfach anrufen.
Ich ziehe dort aus weil ich gerne mit meiner Freundin zusammen in eine größere Wohnung ziehe - ansonsten würde ich diese Wohnung glatt behalten!
