Hallo zusammen,
schweren Herzens löst sich ab Oktober unsere Wg auf. Aber gut für euch, denn unsere schöne Wohnung in Alt-Saarbrücken wird deswegen ab Oktober frei. Wir wohnen zu dritt in der Wohnung. Zwei Zimmer sind ca. 18qm groß und das andere ca. 12. Es gibt ein großes Bad mit Tageslicht und eine gemütliche Küche. Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut als WG oder auch für Paare.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle Hansahaus befindet sich 2 min von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Innenstadt erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10 min.
In unserer Straße befindet sich zudem ein Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, ein Friseur, Cafés, ein Italiener uvm. Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10 min, gleiches gilt für den St. Johanna Markt.
