Die helle Wohnung bietet ein großes Wohnzimmer ( etwa 23 m2).
Es gibt auch 4 Schlafzimmer (21/19/18/14 m2)und ein anderes Zimmer (11m2), das als Büro oder kleines Schlafzimmer benutzt kannst.
Die Zimmer können problemlos als WG Zimmer benutzt :. ( 4 bis 5) , oder für eine Familie .
Es gibt auch ein anderes Zimmer, das als Garderobe zurzeit benutzt ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum Dudweilers, direkt am Markt, wo gibt es Döner, Apotheke, Netto usw ( direkt vor der Tür).
Die Bus Linie zur Uni befinden sich vor der Tür ( 10 Min mit dem Bus nach Uni), ( 15 min mit dem Bus nach Saarbrücken).
Die Wohnung ist auch für WG geeignet ( bis 5 Mitbewohner). Die Miete wird weniger , wenn ihr zum 4 hier wohnt. 1100/3-4 oder 5 ,ebenso für die Kaution 1600/3-4-5.
Also kann man die 4 oder 5 Schlafzimmer benutzen und die Miete und Kaution teilen.
Die Wohnung wird komplett leer sein, und ist schon frei.
