We are looking for the 4 people or more who want to be passed on our house. (We are planning to leave here 31th July)
We have spacious 4 rooms (25m2) which are well furnished. We are sharing one room per two people because it is big enough to share it. But if you want to use one room per person, you can do it. Also, you can use your own furniture if you don’t want to use ours.
Our flat is located in the breite str 79 in Malstatt .
We have one bus station right in front of our house. It takes 30 seconds to go there from our home.
The bus station has 101, 102, 108, 129 lines( you can get central station or University in few minutes)
And there is Lidl which is a big shopping center. You can go there by walk in 5 minutes.
Our deposit is 960 Euro and Monthly fee is 640 Euro with 4 people (480: Kaltmiete, 160: Nebenkosten)
We equipped essential furniture such as beds, tables, kitchenware, cleaning machine.If you want to use them, we will pass them on you with reasonable price. But if you don’t want to use them, you can use your own furniture. ( In case of kitchenware, We could give them to you for free. )Also, It is suitable to use a unit of family.
