Zum 01.08.2016 wird meine wunderschöne Wohnung frei! Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Talstraße ggü. vom Schloss und ist im Hinterhof gelegen und gehört zu den Stengelhäusern! Trotz viel Verkehr hört man nichts! Falls ihr eine gemütliche Wohnung mit Flair zu einem fairen Mietpreis sucht, ist die Wohnung die Richtige! Ihr habt zwei gleichgroße Zimmer und eine etwas kleinere Küche. Wg der kleinen Küche ist die Wohnung daher nur bedingt WG-geeignet!Ich zahle zur Zeit 520 € (mit Strom, Internet) für 55 qm Paradies :-) Haustiere sind laut Mietvertrag nur nach schriftlicher Vereinbarung erlaubt.
