Das Bad ist geräumig und hat eine Badewanne und einen großen Spiegel. Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche mit viel Stauraum, Waschbecken und einen Elektroherd. Der Keller hat einen großen, trockenen Raum für Lagerung. Ich würde meine Möbel gerne für einen symbolischen Preis verkaufen: Angeboten werden Doppelbett + Matratzen, Kühlschrank, Sofa, Schrank, Tisch und 4 Stühle, Schreibtisch und Scheibtischstuhl, Nachttisch , Sessel (Schwinger Ikea), Waschmaschine, ein paar Regale, Jalousien, Vorhänge, Lampen und Leuchten, alles ist in prima Zustand. Idealerweise würde ich gerne möglichst alle Möbel weiterverkaufen.

The 1ZKB (69 m^2) apartment is located right in the city center, at the St. Johanner Markt square. It has many big windows which make it bright and airy.
The bathroom is spacious with a full size bath tub and a huge mirror. There is also a good sized kitchen already fitted with lots of storage space, sink and an electroherd. The cellar has a big room for storage.I will be happy to sell my furniture for a nominal price, which includes a double bed + mattresses, refrigerator, couch, wardrobe, dining table and chairs, working desk and chair, bedside table, lounging chair, washing machine, a few shelves, window blinds, curtains, lamps and light fixtures.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den St. Johanner Markt von seinen vielen Fenstern. Es ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Rathaus, die viele Busverbindungen zur Universität und überall sonst hat. Netto und anderen Einkaufsstätten sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und die Wohnung verfügt über viele Restaurants und Cafés um ihn herum. Sie werden im Herzen von Saarbrücken leben!

The apartment is on the first floor and has a wonderful view of the St. Johanner Markt square from its many windows. Its just a 2 min walk from the Rathaus which has many bus connections to the University and everywhere else. Netto and other shopping places are just a few minutes walk and the apartment has many restaurants and cafes around it. You will be living in the heart of Saarbruecken!
