Frei ab 1. August. 3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad. Balkon und Schlafzimmer zum Hof. Küche müsste übernommen werden (800€), wahrscheinlich ohne Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Landwehrplatz. Wir zahlen etwas weniger als 800€ warm mit allem. Haben allerdings letztes Jahr 1200€ an Nebenkosten zurück bekommen.
Die Vermieterin verlangt Infos über Beruf und einen Nachweis übers Gehalt. Keine Haustiere und 3 Jahre Mindestvertragsdauer. Anliegerparken. Keine WG.
