Für diese charmante Garçonniere in Parsch, suche ich einen Nachmieter ab den 17/10/2020.
Es gibt einen gemütliche Balkon mit weiten Blick auf den Kapuzinerberg und den Untersberg. SEHR sonnig. Die Wohnung befindet sich in 4ten Stock mit Aufzug. Die helle Küche ist voll eingerichtet sowie das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC. Es gibt zusätzlich einen grossen Abstellraum und eine Kellerabteil.
Eine gute organisierte Waschküche für das gesamtes Wohnhaus ist verfügbar. Praktisch. 2 Supermärkte, Apotheke, Florist, Bäckerei, Trocken Reinigung usw sind 2 min zu Fuss entfernt. Verschiedene Bus Linien fahren auch quasi vor der Tür. Sehr praktisch. Im Keller gibt einen Fahrrad Kammer. Ich würde wahrscheinlich ein paar Möbel drinnen lassen (und verkaufen), natürlich nach Absprache.
