Da ich ein Jahr ins Ausland gehe, ist meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Schallmoos vom 01.02.2023 bis 31.12.2023 zur Zwischenmiete frei!
Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock (mit Aufzug;)) und besitzt einen Balkon mit Aussicht auf den Kapuzinerberg, Gaisberg und Nockstein.
Sie hat etwa 42m2 und ist vor 3 Jahren komplett neu renoviert worden und in Top-Zustand!
Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten (auch Internet + Möbel).
Because i am living abroad for a year, i am renting my beautiful 2-room flat in Schallmoos from 01.02.23 until 31.12.23 (maybe longer).
The flat is located in the fifth floor (with elevator) and has a balkony with a beautiful view.
It has approx. 42 m^2 and is freshly renovated and in top condition!
The Price includes all the extra costs (internet, electricity, furniture etc).
Mit nur 3 Gehminuten zum Hbf und ca 10 Minuten bis in die Linzergasse liegt sie super zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig! Ein Spar ist direkt am Eck und am Hbf findest du ohnehin alle Bus-, Sbahn- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur einen Katzensprung entfernt! Perfekt auch für Pendler!
In only 3 minutes you reach the main station with all its possibilities (Shopping, railway, buses etc).
A grocery store is also right above the street and in 10 minutes you are in Salzburgs old town centre.
Parkplätze gibt es mit Anwohnerparkschein auf dem Gebäudeeigenen Parkplatz immer genügend! Die Waschmaschine würde ich evtl bei Bedarf in der Wohnung lassen, es gibt aber auch einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner im Haus.
Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert vermietet!

There are always enough parking spots if you bring a car. A washing maschine is in the ground floor or (if needed) i can leave mine.
The flat is only rented with furniture!
