i everyone,

We are leaving our amazing 2pple flat this winter and giving out our fully furnished apartment near the city centre of St. Gallen (Farbgutstrasse 12) from January 2024 (we can discuss a date).

The flat has a spacious furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom with shower/bathtub, a large living room and 2 bedrooms.

The flat is located near city centre of Marktplatz (3 stops with the bus). The flat is located 600m (7min walk) from Olma, and 10 min walk from the University (also accessible by bus from Marktplatz).

A laundry column (washing machine and dryer) is located in the basement of the flat. It is shared with the other flats in the building.

Rent: The rent is 1210 CHF/month. Electricity and water must be covered separately.

My other flatmate will leave the flat this winter too, so you can either move in with other friends or participate in deciding who’s gonna be your next flatmates :)

All furniture in the bedroom have to be taken over a reasonable price (to negotiate).
