2-Zimmer Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, in der nähe des Eichenbachwaldes. Schöne Aussicht ins Grüne und da die Wohnung zur Südseite liegt, sehr sonnig. Zur Stadt läuft man ca, 25 min. Jedoch gibt in der Nähe (ca. 3 min Fußweg) auch eine Bushaltestelle die direkt in die Stadt fährt. Von dort aus hat man jegliche Zug und S-Bahn Verbindungen. Das Hochhaus selbst ist Behindertengerecht eingerichtet: es gibt eine Rampe zur Haustür und einen Aufzug. Norma/Bäcker und Volksband/Sparkasse sind innerhalb 2 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß (ca 30qm) und führt zum Balkon. Gleichzeitig verbindet der Flur zum Bad,Küche, zum Schlafzimmer (ca 20qm) und zum Wohnzimmer.
