Hallo ich suche berufstätige Nachmieter für meine Wohnung zum 1.1.2021 da ich nach Braunschweig ziehen muss.. Die Wohnung ist im Mehrfamilienhaus in Hötzum, ein Ortsteil von Sickte. Sie hat drei Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Zudem gibt es einen Kabuff den ich als begehbarer Kleiderschrank verwende. In Sickte kann man einkaufen. Es fährt einen Bus durch die Ortschaft (Linie 730). Man ist sehr schnell in BS oder WF (jeweils 15 Minuten).Die 505 € Warmmiete sind inklusive Heizkosten.
Die Einbauküche mit guten Geräten muss für 600 Euro übernommen werden (Küchenmöbel plus Cerankochfeld und Backofen, Geschirrspüler).
Einzig Strom muss separat abgeschlossen werden.

Hötzum ist ein ruhiger Ortsteil von Sickte. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Braunschweig oder in Wolfenbüttel. Die Luft ist super und der Elm als Wanderziel ist schnell mit Auto oder Fahrrad erreichbar.
