Der Mietpreis kann sich noch ändern, Sie müssen direkt mit dem Eigentümer sprechen, um eine Vereinbarung zu treffen. Im Moment zahle ich 650 Euro, aber normalerweise steigt der Preis bei einem Mieterwechsel.
Ich biete die Wohnung mit Möbeln an.
Die Küche ist sehr komplett, das Bad hat eine Waschmaschine.
Für den Kauf aller Möbel und der Waschmaschine würde ich einen Betrag nehmen, da ich fast keine Möbel mitnehmen kann, möchte ich alles, was in der Wohnung ist, verkaufen.
