Super süße Dachgeschosswohnung mit Balkon. Da es ursprünglich eine Ferienwohnung war, ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man so braucht ;)
Separate gemütliche Küche mit Spülmaschine.
Kamin im hellen großen Wohnzimmer.
Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett und großer Fensterfront.
Im Wohnzimmer stehen auch noch zwei Betten welche als Sofa fungieren.
Waschmaschine gibt es im großen Keller.
Sehr nette Mieter im Haus.

Direkt im Ortskern von Altstädten, sehr nah zu Sonthofen aber auch Fischen und Oberstdorf.
Dorfleben direkt um die Ecke.
Anbindung an Bus und Bahn.
Mit dem Rad nach Sonthofen, auf schönen Radwegen an der Iller entlang: 10 Minuten in die andere Richtung nach Oberstdorf: 30 Minuten.
Perfekte Ausgangslage für schöne Wanderungen. Die sonnenköpfe und weitere Berge sind unweit entfernt.
Sehr spontane Untermiete, aber vielleicht ist ja jemand genauso aufgeschmissen wie zu dem Zeitpunkt als wir her gezogen sind…
