schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung steht zum 01.05.24 zum Einzug bereit.
Eine Abschlagszahlung für meine Wohnzimmermöbel (neue Ikeacouch, Couchtisch, Fernseherkommode, Esstisch mit Stühlen und Sitzbank, s. Fotos) sowie meine Waschmaschine (insg. 2500 Euro) müsste akzeptiert werden.
Besichtigungstermine können kurzfristig arrangiert werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der wunderschönen Altstadt, im Zentrum von Stade, ganz in der Nähe vom Fischmarkt.
Der Bahnhof ist in 12min zu Fuß super schnell zu erreichen, von wo aus regelmäßig Züge (RE) und die S-Bahn nach Hamburg und Cuxhaven fahren.
Essenstechnisch kann die Lage nicht besser sein- Kaufland, Rewe und weitere Restaurants befinden sich direkt um die Ecke! :)
