Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und ganz neu, daher hochwertig ausgestattet. Im Hauptraum befindet sich Küche, Esstisch und gemütliche Sofaecke. Das separate Schlafzimmer bietet 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Ein modernes Bad mit Dusche macht die Wohnung vollkommen.
Das riesige Grundstück am Ortsrand lädt ein zum Relaxen, Grillen, Sport machen,....
In dem alten Bauernhaus befinden sich noch andere junge Mieter, die sowohl den Gemüsegarten pflegen, als auch ein paar Hühner halten.
Essendorf liegt zwischen Ilkerkirchberg und Staig, mit jeweils 2 Kilometer Abstand. Dort findet man alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine gute Busanbindung nach Ulm. Ich persönlich würde ein Auto dringend empfehlen.
Das alte Bauernhaus ist am Ortsrand quasi mitten in der Natur und trotzdem sehr nah zu Ulm. Die 8 bis 10 km Bus nach Ulm kann man auch gut Fahrrad fahren, weil sehr eben.
Da wir für 10 Monate auf Weltreise gehen, vermieten wir unser Schmuckstück. Gerne an jemanden der Natur liebt und auch gesellig ist.
