Wohnung 3 Zi. ca. 77 qm im schönen Dreisamtal, zwischen FR-Ebnet u. Stegen am Berg gelegen im Attental. Knapp 5 Km. vor den Toren Freiburgs. Natur pur an Bach und Wald, sehr ruhig mit Terrasse, Garten, im Erdgeschoss, Fahrradkeller u. PKW-Stellplätze. PH, Sport-Uni, Strandbad, Musikhochschule, Stegen, Zarten, Kirchzarten gut erreichbar. Auch f. 2er WG geeignet. Allerdings ist es ohne Kfz oder zumindest E-Bike nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen, da die ÖPNV-Anbindung schlecht ist und mit dem Rad sollte man sehr gut trainiert sein und wetterfest. Der Mobilfunkempfang ist stark eingeschränkt, aber Internet (DSL) ist verfügbar, allerdings ist die Geschwindigkeit aktuell niedrig. 550 € KM zzgl. 125 € NK + Kaution von priv. ab Mai 2018 oder später unbefristet an NR zu vermieten.
