Die Wohnung ist sehr hell. Sie hat 2 Zimmer und zusätzlich einen kleinen Abstellraum in der Küche. Auf dem Hinterhof kann man sich einen Parkplatz mieten. Sie ist im 2 OG.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bahnhofsnähe, zu Fuß läuft man ungefähr 5 Minuten dort hin. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Netto und ein paar Minuten entfernt der Kik, ein Edeka und ein weiterer Netto. Die Stadt erreicht man zu Fuß innerhalb von ca 15 Minuten.
Ich würde sehr gerne meine Küche hier in der Wohnung lassen. Es wäre also schön, wenn ich einen Nachmieter finde, der mir meine Küche abkaufen würde. Nach Absprache ist es auch möglich, schon etwas früher einzuziehen.
