Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich mit hohe Decken großer Küche und Tageslichtbad. Es gibt 2 Zimmer und einen großen Flur. Zu beachten ist, dass die Wohnung vollkommen unmöbliert ist. Das Bad ist mit WC, Waschbecken und Dusche. Die Küche ist mit Herd, Backofen, Spülbecken, Wasserkocher und kleinem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Sowie Schränke.
Die zwei Zimmer sind ungefähr gleich groß aber unmöbliert.
Alle alltäglichen Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe (Apotheke, Cannstatter Carré, kleiner Lebensmittelladen, Bäcker). 10 Gehminuten zur Kursaalpark und Cannstatter Wasen. In die schöne Altstadt von Bad Cannstatt sind es 15 zu Fuß oder 5 min mit dem Rad. (Fahrrad vorhanden)
Zur U-Bahn U13 3min, zur U1 8min und zur S-Bahn 10min zu Fuß.
