Hallo,
wir suchen zum 1.6. Nachmieter für unsere 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Cannstatt. Die helle Wohnung ist im 3. OG und hat einen 8m² großen Balkon. Für maximal 2 Personen ist die Wohnung ideal, es gibt zudem ein Kellerabteil wo auch der Anschluss für die Waschmaschine ist. Für eine WG ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet, da das zweite Zimmer zur Küche und zum Balkon führt.
Die Küche haben wir beim Einzug eingebaut und muss für 1000€ übernommen werden. Außerdem würden wir sehr gerne auch die Waschmaschine für 150€ weiterverkaufen.
Die Wohnung wird bevorzugt an Studenten ohne Waschmaschine vergeben!

Man ist in 5 Minuten an der Bushaltestelle und der SBahnhof Bad Cannstatt ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
