Hallo zusammen,
wir sind drei Studenten, die diese Wohnung 2017 bezogen haben, da wir allerdings mit dem Studium eher fertig werden, als geplant vermieten wir nun die Wohunng bis Ende Septmeber 2019.
Die Wohung ist eine schöne drei Zimmer Wohnung mit Küche, Bad und getrenntem WC. Zugehörig ist ein Kellerabteil und eine Waschmaschine.
Die Wohung wird möbliert/teilmöbliert vermietet. In allen drei Zimmer ist ein Bett vorhanden, sowie Schränke, Regale und ein Stuhl. In dem größten der drei Zimmern mit 25 m², ist ein Esstisch und eine Couch Garnitur für gesellige Abende vorhanden.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Herd/Backofen, Mirkowelle und Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Ortsrandlage von Birkach mit direktem Blick in die Feldmark. Man ist in wenigen Schritten in der Natur. Ein Penny ist auch in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, genau wie die Bushaltestelle mit der man innerhalb von 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt in Stuttgart ist. Die Universität ist zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten erreichbar.
