Es handelt sich um eine helle, voll ausgestattete 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer, einem großen Büro, einer witzigen Küche mit Dusche drin (es ist ein Altbau), einem WC, einer Veranda und einem Garten.
Es gibt WLAN, Wasch- und Spülmaschinen, Gas- und Elektroheizungen (im Winter ist es etwas kalt, aber machbar!).

It is a 3-room luminous fully-furnished apartment with a bedroom, a living room, a large office, a funny kitchen with a shower inside (it’s an old building), a WC, a veranda, and a garden.
Available are WiFi, wash and dish machines, gas and electric heaters (it is a bit cold in winter but doable !).

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines alten und charmanten Backsteingebäudes, nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß von der Straßenbahn U2 (15 min vom Charlottenplatz), Lebensmittelgeschäften (Lidl, Edeka, Bioladen, Bäcker), Apotheke und Buchladen.
15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich ein großer Wald, in dem es sich nach einem Tag in dem Stadtzentrum sehr angenehm spazieren lässt.

The flat is at the ground floor of an old and charming redbrick building, only 4 minutes walk from the tram U2 (15 min from Charlottenplatz), grocery stores (Lidl, Edeka, Bioladen, Bäcker), pharmacy, and book store.
15 minutes away is located a large forest where it is really pleasant to walk after a day in the city.
