Great location for anyone looking for a quiet space with easy access into town, to the airport/fair, to the universities, to Sindelfingen, or to Böblingen.
Grocery stores, bakery (football star Jürgen Klinsmann's brother!) etc. are a short walk away. So are restaurants and cafés.
The place is right next to a nature reserve, which makes for great runs or walks. It is super quiet as it is right at the end of a dead-end street. A petting zoo for kids is a 2min walk away.
