The flat has 2 main rooms (the two bedrooms), the kitchen is attached to the corridor, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a small extra room with a sofa-bed that is large enough for two people - which can be used for a guest room if people stay the weekend.
It is approximately 71m2 in total including the balcony.There is a cellar room for storage in the basement approx 5-6m2
The apartment is on the raised ground floor. It is approximately 8 steps up to the flat from the main door. It is approximately 8 steps down to the cellar.
The apartment is old but in good condition with a wooden floor in the living room and a tile floor in the bathroom, kitchen etc. which is really nice to walk on. The bedroom and small bedroom have carpet.
The flat is approximately 8mins walk from Fohrich U-bahn stop, which is 12mins from the HBF via U6 and about the same to Bad Cannstadt via U13. It's 20mins to walk to Feuerbach S-Bahn if you chose to do that.
Feuerbach main street is approximately 10mins from the flat, with many shops including a Netto. A little further along this street is a Marktkauf, Lidl and Aldi Sud plus an Obi. There is a bakery and a petrol station only 5 minutes from the flat for quick things. On the high street there are also a few bars and there is two beergartens in the forest nearby.
The flat is really close to the forest. You can walk from here to Schloss Solitude straight through the forest. It's an extremely quiet and peaceful area with clean air.
The flat is in a very residential family area, everyone is friendly and respectful.
The flat comes partially furnished from the owner with some storage cupboards and one sofa. If items are not wanted this can be discussed with the owner.
The kitchen is old but working and comes with the apartment for free. If something breaks it is the responsibility of the renter, not the owner.
There is a small working fridge that comes with the apartment for free.
