Ich ziehe aus meiner Wohnung in der Müllerstraße direkt am Bihlplatz aus und suche ab sofort einen Nachmieter. Die Details:
- 4,5 Zimmer auf ca. 95 m² im 4. OG mit kleinem bis mittleren Balkon
- abschließbarer Kellerraum, Waschküche (oben kein Anschluss)
- Etagenheizung, Warmwasser auch über Gastherme (Gas muss separat bezogen werden)
- unkomplizierter Vermieter
- (Großen) Kehrwochenkram und Co macht der Nachbar aus dem 2. OG (letzter Treppenabschnitt gehört euch)
- in 6 Monaten keinen Rüffel von unten wegen Musik oder so
Der Haken: Nur ein Zimmer ist eigenständig, zweieinhalb sind Durchgangszimmer und hinter dem letzten ist leider das Bad. Eignet sich also am besten für kinderlose Paare oder welche mit Kleinkindern.
