Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine Wohnung in Stuttgart Mitte. Sie ist klein , aber fein. Es ist ein 1- Zimmer Wohnung, Party Küche, mit Induktionsfeld (würde Topf und Pfanne dafür da lassen) und eigenem Bad. Es sind ca 15qm Es ist ein Hochbett drin. Das hab ich einbauen lassen. Ausbauen wird man es schwer können und ich würde gerne noch ein bisschen was dafür haben. VB 300Euro.Aber man kann darüber reden.
Vor der Tür ist ein schöner Garten zur Mitbenutzung.
Wohnung kann gerne besichtigt werden. Für mehr Informationen gerne melden.
Miete und Kaution sind so angeben, wie es bei mir im Mietvertrag steht.
Zum Marienplatz braucht man zu Fuß10 min
Feuersee 8min.
Das Gerber ist eine Minute entfernt, wo es alles für den täglichen Bedarf gibt.
U BahnRpotebühlplatz und Österreichischer Platz find 4 - 3 Min entfernt. Die S bahn Stadtmitte ca 8 Minuten. Zur Fußgängerzone braucht man auch nur 5 Minuten. Es gibt Kinos; Cafés und Bars in der Nähe
