Die hübsche Wohnung ist mitten in der Stadt, jedoch trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Alle Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten als auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel liegen in unmittelbarer Fußweite. Die Wohnung hat 130qm und 5 gut geschnittene Zimmer. In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Einbauküche, die gegen eine Abnahme von 750€ übernommen werden muss. In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten inbegriffen. Strom und Heizung müssen extra beantragt werden.
Wir haben hier bis zuletzt zu dritt gewohnt und es war eine wunderschöne Zeit! Die Nachbarn sind nett und mitten in der Stadt zu wohnen ist wirklich toll.
