Schöne teilmöblierte 3-Zi. Wohnung ab 01.03.2016 vorerst bis zum 31.10.2016 zu vermieten.
Sehr schöne und ruhige, dennoch zentrale Lage. Zum nahegelegenen Wald, wie auch in die Innenstadt sind es nur wenige Gehminuten (ca. 15 min Fußweg zum Schlossplatz).
Somit sind auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die U-Bahn Haltestelle Dobelstraße schnell zu erreichen.
Zur Wohnung (62 m² ohne Bad und Flur) gehört eine kleine Terrasse und ein Kellerraum. Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut für eine WG, da alle Zimmer über den Flur zugänglich sind. Im Sommer kann man auf der Terrasse ebenfalls entspannt grillen.
U-Bahn Haltestelle Dobelstraße in 3 Gehminuten erreichbar. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es dann nur noch 5 min mit der U-Bahn.
