Vorhanden ist ein Bett / Kleiderschrank / Regale / Arbeitstisch / Esstisch + Stühlen / Couch... Die Einbauküche verfügt über einen neuen Kühlschrank, Herdplatte und Spülmaschine sind vollfunktionsfähig.
86 m2, viel Licht.
Rotebühlplatz ist direkt in der Stadtmitte, 50m entfernt befindet sich die Rotebühlplatz/Stadtmitte UBahn Eingang.
U14/U24/U1 fahren vor der Tür, Hbf ist in 5min zu erreichen.
Alle SBahn Linien fahren über diese Station auch.
Lidl ist direkt gegenüber unserer Wohnung, sowie Edeka und Aldi ein paar Meter entfernt im Gerber Einkaufszentrum.
Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohnung die renoviert wird. Die Miete wird nicht länger als 3 Monate dauern.
Beim Interesse schicke ich gerne Bilder der Wohnung. Es war damals eine 2-er WG, hat allerdings noch ein Zimmer, dass gerade als Studio verwendet wird.
