February-April: Top Apartment -Stuttgart Centre / fully furnished

Hello everybody,

for professional reasons I rent my apartment in absolute TOPLOCATION from the beginning of February 2020 temporarily until the end of April. Exactly the move in date would be on February 05th/06th and I have to move back into the apartment from April 25th.

The intermediate tenant has the following amenities:
- An open kitchen with bay window, which offers a great view over Stuttgart. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with an oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher etc. and therefore leaves nothing to be desired.
- A very spacious living room with open access to the kitchen and direct access to the balcony, as well as a nice big window. There is a dining table with four seats, a large sofa bed and a TV with SAT connection.
-Large balcony in the green incl. electric grill
- A bathroom with shower
- A storage room with washing machine.

Important: The bedroom may not be part of the sublet and would be locked during the rental period. However, the sofa bed offers more than enough sleeping space.

The rent per month is 999

5min walk to the Charlottenplatz stop
15min walk to the main station
10min to the castle and pedestrian zone

Resident parking spaces (free of charge from 22 hrs) are available.
