Our flat is for 4 people – one girl and two boys. We like to talk and spend some time together even tho everyone has their own private space. I'm an international student and we're all doing our Praktikums.
The apartment is on the second floor, so you will not be bothered with too many stairs. It has everything you need to live: a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom – shower with great water pressure and toilet. We also have an great balcony where we can have some BBQs together on the nice days and enjoy some food and beers or your prefered drink.
The whole building is for students and we have a shared laundry area were there is also some storaging space as well – I have some suitcases and moving stuff in there.
The flat is incredibly located, shops are close by and also the Haupbahnhof is close by. You can take buses and the U-bahn in just a few minutes walk.
As a flat we share the internet price, we are very open and welcoming and is a nice place where you can get to know some spanish or try international food.
