Unsere WG besteht nun schon seit ein paar Jahren und aktuell wohnen Dana, Paulina, Daniel und ich (Phil). Leider löst sich die WG jetzt auf, da es uns alle in neue Gefilde verschlägt und wir nun die ganze WG an ehrwürdige Hände weitergeben wollen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses direkt an der Dobelstraße und somit perfekt gelegen. In die Innenstadt ist man zu Fuß in 10 min. Ein Edeka, REWE oder Lidl sind 5 min. entfernt. Ansonsten ist eine U-Bahn Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre.
Die Zimmer sind alle zwischen 16 – 25 m2 groß, haben große Fenster, Fischgrätenpaket und hohe Decken, richtiger Altbaucharm also. Die Miete beträgt je nach Zimmer zwischen 550-700 €.
Die Inneneinrichtung würden wir für euch dalassen. Inklusive Esszimmertisch, Waschmaschine, Küche, Spülmaschine, 2 Kühlschränke und Aufbewahrungsschränke.
Die Vermieter wünschen sich noch eine Bürgschaft oder einen Einkommensnachweis.
