Da wir für 4 Monate ins Ausland gehen, bieten wir unsere Wohnung in der Zeit vom 01.01.19-30.04.19 zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung ist 77qm groß und umfasst drei Zimmer, sowie Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, einen Abstellraum und ein Wannenbad.
Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung nur möbliert (bis auf die Matratze), unsere persönlichen Dinge räumem wir aus der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig in der Löwentorstraße in Stuttgart Nord. S- und U-Bahnen sind fußläufig in 5 Min. erreichbar. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 3min am Hauptbahnhof. Der Rosensteinpark und auch der Wartberg sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit der U-Bahn gut erreichbar.
Es gibt keine festen Parkplatz, allerdings haben wir nie Schwierigkeiten gehabt in der Straße einem Parkplatz zu finden.
Wir wünschen uns ruhige freundliche Mieter, die die Wohnung behandeln, als wäre es ihre eigene.
