Ich suche einen Nachmieter:inn für meine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung in Top Lage. Die Wohnung ist im guten Zustand, Zweizimmer, Küche, Bad und hat einen schönen Balkon. Zudem gibt es ein Mansardenzimmer im 4. OG, dass ich als Büro nutze (s. Bilder), sowie einen Kellerraum und einen Parkplatz (Miete 25,- Euro)hinten im Hof. Die Küche sowie ein paar Möbel möchte ich vor Ort lassen bzw. dem Nachmieter verkaufen.
Die Miete ist für Stuttgarter Verhältnisse wirklich günstig. Die Staßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca 150 m entfernt. In 5 Minuten ist man am Schlossplatz. Der Rosensteinpark, meine Joggingstrecke, ist in direktem Umfeld.

Du Wohnung befindet sich in Stuttgart-Nord, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof.
150 Meter vom Haus ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Milchhof. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Nordbahnhof ist ca. 850 Meter entfernt. Der Rosensteinpark ist in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Direkt in der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt, ein Bäcker der auch Sonntags offen hat, eine Apotheke und eine Poststelle.

Ich ziehe Ende Oktober aus und suche einen Nachmieter:inn, der einen Teil meiner Möbel sowie die Küche übernimmt.
Der Nachmieter muss bei Einzug die Wohnung streichen.
