The apartment has its own entrance. The kitchen is bright and has a fitted kitchen with a 4 plate stove and oven. There is also a kitchen table with 2 chairs and a small sofa in the kitchen.
The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed and a sliding door wardrobe and an additional metal rack. Both rooms are equipped with an oak parquet and provide a pleasant living environment.
The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a sink with a mirror cabinet.

Wir suchen eine ruhige Personen , und auch nur für 1 Person die ganztägig berufstätig ist und Nichtraucher. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Räumen davon ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad und eine Wohnküche. Für Privatsphäre ist gesorgt da die Wohnung einen eigenen Eingang hat. Die Wohnküche ist hell und hat eine Einbauküche mit einem 4 Plattenherd und Backofen. Für Stauraum sorgt eine Kommode mit Schubladen ferner befindet sich ein Küchentisch mit 2 Stühlen und ein kleines Sofa in der Wohnküche.
Das Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Boxspringbett und einem Schiebetüren-Kleiderschrank und ein zusätzliches Metallregal. Beide Räume sind mit einem Eichenparkett ausgestattet und sorgt für ein angenehmes Wohnklima.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Toilette, eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken mit Spiegelschrank.
