Furnished room in (3 bed room flat) - near Stadtmitte

Hi everyone,

The room is around 13-14 sq.meter (rectangle shape). It is equipped with furniture like bed, schrank, 2 tables, chair, lights, television etc.. Also the flooring is renovated this month with wooden laminat flooring. There is Garden view from window. The heater is installed in the room.

About flat, we have 3 bed rooms and shared bathroom, kitchen and store room. The bathroom got new flooring now. Also, bathroom and kitchen are fully furnished. We do not have washing maching yet, but we can all plan together to buy one. Also, wascherei is very near. We also have a very nice place for grilling and chilling in summers with big garden view.

The regular stores like Aldi is 3 minutes walk from our flat. The bus stop is also 3 minutes walk from here. The best thing I like is that we are very near to Stadtmitte. The 2nd bus stop from here is Hauptbahnhof.

We live like a community here and are very open. I am a Master student doing thesis in Stuttgart and my flat mate is also Bachelor student. So, I will appreciate if someone who like to socialise and mingle would join here. My German is not good (I can understand if you speak it easy) and I come from New Delhi and my flat mate is German. The room rent is 260 Euros (including electricity + gas). I have internet, but we can talk about sharing.
