Außerdem gibt es einige nette Kneipen und Restaurants in der Gegend, und wenn man joggen oder spazieren gehen möchte, ist man ganz schnell im Park
Die vorhandene Küche gehört der vorherigen Bewohnerin und müsste abgelöst werden. Dein Anteil würde 300 EUR betragen.
