Die Wohnung selbst hat 1,5 Zimmer und ca. 45 qm. Neben der Warmmiete von 595€ pro Monat fallen ca. 50€ pro Monat für Strom und Gas an. Manko, das ich nicht verschweigen möchte: Im Bad befindet sich kein extra Waschbecken (jedoch in der Küche). Was dem Bad fehlt, macht der große Schlaf-/Wohnbereich wieder wett.
