Große Ruhige Wohnung im Ost

Hallo

Ich besuche im Sommer für 2 Monate Familie im Ausland und möchte meine Zimmer mieten. Ich bin der Untermieter und meine Mitbewohner ist der Hauptmieter. Er wohnt in Stuttgart nur drei Tage einer Woche. Donnerstag bis Sonntag.Deshalb bist du alleine Sonntag Abends bis Donnerstag.

Die Wohunung ist fantastisch, aber Partys und laute Musik sind total VERBOTTEN. Wenn du das nicht akzeptiern kann, dann schreibt micht bitte nicht. Der Vermieter und seine Frau die in der das Haus lebt hatte in der Vergangenheit ein schreckliche mieter. Er will das nicht wieder. Aber sie sind freundlich und fair.
