Hallo zusammen,
da wir über den Sommer drei Monate verreist sind, bieten wir unsere schöne, helle und gemütliche Altbauwohnung im Stuttgarter Osten zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, Küche mit Speisekammer, Bad (mit Badewanne) und einen Balkon. Wir leben hier mit unseren beiden Töchtern, entsprechend gibt es auch ein wenig Kinderausstattung (die wir aber auch so gut es geht verstauen werden). Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Kingsize-XXL-Bett (3m breit) in dem Schlafträume wahr werden! In unserem großen Kleiderschrank werden wir gerne auch Platz für eure Klamotten schaffen. Im Kinderzimmer steht ein ausklappbares Gästebett, hier werden wir auch einige Regale freiräumen, damit Ihr Eure Sachen verstauen könnt. Die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung hat Parkettboden, eine gemütliche Kuschelcouch, ein Klavier und einen Schallplattenspieler + Platten. Die Waschmaschine steht im Keller, dort wäre evtl. auch Platz für Euch, um Dinge abzustellen (müssten wir besprechen). Fahrräder können im Hof abgestellt werden. Ab April 2023 gilt bei uns Anwohnerparken, dh. ein Auto muss dann kostenpflichtig geparkt werden. Alles andere dürft Ihr gerne besichtigen.

because we are away for three months over the summer, we offer our beautiful, bright and cozy old building apartment in the east of Stuttgart for interim rent. The apartment has 3 rooms, kitchen with pantry, bathroom (with bathtub) and a balcony. We live here with our two daughters, accordingly there is also a little children's equipment (which we will also stow away as best we can). In the bedroom there is a king size XXL bed (3m wide) in which sleeping dreams come true! In our large closet we will gladly create space for your clothes. In the children's room is a fold-out guest bed, here we will also clear some shelves so that you can store your things. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
The apartment has parquet flooring, a cozy couch, a piano and a record player + records. The washing machine is in the basement, there would possibly also be space for you to put things (we would have to discuss). Bicycles can be parked in the yard. From April 2023 we have resident parking, i.e. a car must then be parked for a fee. Everything else you are welcome to visit.
Unsere Wohnung liegt in perfekter Lage: man kann quasi direkt in einen Park reinpurzeln. Zum einen in den entspannten Villa Berg Park, zum anderen in den belebten Schloss- und Rosensteinpark. Hier gibt es auch einen tollen Biergarten, das Flora und Fauna, im Villa Berg Park den Buschpiloten. Außerdem ist nur wenige Meter von uns entfernt das Berger Plätzle, ein Verein und Biergarten, in dem Ihr hervorragend Leute aus der Umgebung kennenlernen könnt. Das Viertel an sich ist eher ruhig und gemütlich und die Leute kennen sich.
Um die Ecke ist ein Bäcker, ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß die ersten Einkaufsläden (Penny, Tante-Emma-Laden) und die U-Bahn Haltestelle Mineralbäder ist in 5 Minuten erreicht. Von hier ist man in max. 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Mit dem Rad geht es durch den Park fast genauso schnell.
Für Autos gilt ab April 2023 Anwohner:innenparken. In wenigen Minuten ist man auch auf der Bundesstraße B10 und somit fix aus der Stadt draußen Richtung Esslingen/Neckartal oder Remstal.
Our apartment is in a perfect location: you can virtually tumble right into a park. On the one hand into the relaxed Villa Berg Park, on the other hand into the lively Schloss- and Rosensteinpark. There is also a great beer garden here, the Flora und Fauna, in the Villa Berg Park the Buschpiloten. In addition, just a few meters away is the Berger Plätzle, a club and beer garden, where you can meet excellent people from the area. The neighborhood itself is rather quiet and cozy and people know each other.
Around the corner is a bakery, about 10 minutes walk the first stores (Penny, corner store) and the subway stop Mineralbäder is reached in 5 minutes. From here you can reach the city center in max. 10 minutes. By bike it goes through the park almost as fast.
For cars applies from April 2023 residents:inside parking. In a few minutes, you can also be on the B10 highway and thus quickly out of the city in the direction of Esslingen/Neckartal or Remstal.

Wir starten unsere Reise Ende Mai, daher gibt es ein wenig Spielraum beim Einzugsdatum bzw. Mietbeginn. Am besten wir besprechen das ganz konkret, wenn Ihr bei der Besichtigung seid.
Außerdem gibt es ein Aquarium. Wenn Ihr Lust habt, könnt Ihr das pflegen. Andernfalls werden wir es woanders unterbringen.
