Vermietet wird eine große 2,5-Zimmer Wohnung in Stuttgart Mitte-Süd. Die Wohnfläche beträgt netto ca. 92qm, zudem kommt ein großer Balkon mit ca. 20qm hinzu.
Es gibt ein riesiges Wohnzimmer (ca. 40qm) mit einem Essbereich (9qm), der zur Küche führt. In der Küche gibt es alle benötigten Geräte (Kühlschrank, Herd/Ofen, Spülmaschine), zudem befindet sich hinter der Küche ein separater Abstellraum.
Die Deckenhöhe beträgt 3,30m, wodurch sich ein gutes Raumklima ergibt.
Neben dem eigenen Balkon gibt es eine Gartenmitbenutzung und einen eigenen Stellplatz. Ein kleiner Kellerraum wird ebenso zur Verfügung stehen, jedoch erst ab August 2020.
Direkt vor der Tür gibt es eine Haltestelle für die Bahn, sodass man keine Minute hin braucht. Ich bin über wg-gesucht und per E-Mail ( MAIL) relativ schnell erreichbar. Bei Rückfragen o.Ä. einfach anschreiben :)
