Die Wohnung ist im 4.OG mit Aufzug erreichbar. Es hat zwei helle Zimmer, eins etwas kleiner, das zweite größer und mit Balkon, so dass man gut eine Aufteilung in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer für 1-2 Personen vornehmen kann. Der Balkon ist mit Blick auf den Marienplatz.
Die Küche kann individuell eingerichtet werden.
Das Haus wurde ca um das Jahr 2000 fertiggestellt. In den nächsten Tagen wird Laminat verlegt und danach noch gestrichen.
Die Wohnung hat Zentralheizung, so dass die Wartung der Therme wegfällt.
Die Wohnung ist fast unmittelbar beim Marienplatz, wo es U-Bahn und Bus-Anschluss hat. Innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten ist man mit Bus und Bahn in der Stadt. Nach Vaihingen sind es ca 20 Minuten.
Zu Fuß braucht man 20 - 30 Minuten in die Stadt rein.
Es geht ein Fahrradweg zur Stadtmitte und Richtung Vaihingen raus.
Es hat zwei Supermärkte (Rewe und norma) direkt um die Ecke, sowie einen Bioladen und einen dm Markt ca. 2 Minuten entfernt, sowie Restaurants, Cafés und Bäckereien.
Am Marienplatz hat es eine Apotheke und sämtliche Ärzte. Außerdem hat es Fitnessstudios und Modegeschäfte.
