01.07 our apartment will be free in the beautiful Lehenviertel - therefore we are looking for renters :-)

It is an apartment with 4 rooms, two smaller and two larger. At the moment we divided it into two offices, living room and bedroom. It is therefore best suited for young couples or a WG (2-3 persons max).

The neighborhood is incredibly beautiful with everything you need in the immediate vicinity: bakery, bioshops, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, cafes etc

The apartment is a DG with 66m2 (Dachschräge already subtracted). Cellar and bicycle garage are included. The kitchen will remain moblated except refrigerator and freezer.

The Antmosphere in the house is quite relaxed and friendly as the six apartments (one per floor) are mostly inhabited by young people (23-35 years old about)
Rent: 840 € cold (was about 1.050-1.100 €). A possible rental increase depends on the landlord.

Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung mit 4 Zimmern, zwei kleinere und zwei größere. Momentan haben wir es in zwei Büros, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer geteil. Daher eignet sie sich am besten für junge Paare oder eine WG (2-3 Personen max).

Den Viertel ist unglaublich schön mit alles was man brauch in der unmittelbarer Nähe: Bäckerein, Bioladen, Apotheke, Bars, Restaurants, Cafés usw

Die Wohnung ist ein DG mit 66m2 (Dachschräge schon abgezogen). Kellerabteilung und Fahrradgarage sind inklusive. Die Küche wird mobliert bleiben außer Kühlschrank und Tiefkühl.

Die Antmosphere im Haus ist ganz entspannt und freundlich da die sechs Wohnungen (eins pro Etage) werden meist beim jungen Leute bewohnt (23-35jahre alt ungefähr)
Miete: 840 € kalt (warm ca. 1.050-1.100 €). Eine mögliche Mieterhöhung hängt vom Vermieter ab.
