Ab 01.12.14 ist eine 2-Zimmer-Dachgeschoßwohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus nahe dem Marienplatz frei.
Die Wohnung selbst hat
- zwei Zimmer (Wohn-und Schlafzimmer),
- eine Wohnküche,
- ein sehr kleines Bad,
- einen kleinen, überdachten Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist in gepflegtem, aber nicht neu renoviertem Zustand.
Die Wohnung ist nicht wg-tauglich!
Haustiere sind nach Absprache erlaubt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 150m vom Marienplatz entfernt. Vom Marienplatz aus hat man eine sehr gute Anbindung an öffentl. Verkehrsmittel (Buslinien 41, 43, U-Bahn U14, U1 und Zahnradbahn nach Degerloch). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Norma, Rewe, dm, Bäckereien, Apotheken), Post, Cafés und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zu Fuß in die Stadtmitte sind es ca. 15 Minuten, mit der Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof 10 Minuten. Auch im Grünen ist man schnell zu Fuß (z.B. Karlshöhe).
Der jetzige Mieter zieht ins Ausland und würde gerne einen Großteil der Möbel und die Elektrogeräte für einen Abschlag von 600€ an den Nachmieter übergeben.
Das ist übrigens ziemlich praktisch, wenn es um eine Wohnung im 5.Stock ohne Aufzug geht...
Im Abschlag enthalten ist die komplette Küchenausstattung (siehe Fotos), die Waschmaschine und einige Wohnzimmer-Möbel.
