Hallo,
wir geben unsere schöne, helle Altbau 3-Zimmer Wohnung ab. Die drei Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten (siehe Fotos). Wir haben die Wohnung vor ca. 4 Jahren komplett renoviert. Wie viele Altbauwohnungen in Stuttgart, ist auch bei uns die Dusche in der Küche.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super. Die Ubahn Haltestelle "Bihlplatz" ist keine 3 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Innerhalb von 15min bist Du mit der Bahn am Hbf. Die Uni Vaihingen ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln innerhalb von 20min zu erreichen. Falls Du mit dem Auto unterwegs bist, bist du innerhalb von wenigen Minuten auf der B14 und bist so sehr schnell z.B. in Stuttgart Vaihingen oder in alle anderen Richtungen.
Fußläufig sind alle wichtigen Sachen zu erreichen: Bäcker, Apotheke, Supermarkt etc. Falls Du Abends Lust hast, etwas trinken zu gehen: der Marienplatz ist 2 Ubahnstationen entfernt. Diese Strecke kann man aber auch gut mit dem Fahrrad fahren (5 Min). Zu Fuß benötigst Du ca. 15 min zu Marienplatz.
